One item was a health bar made of oats, raisins and honey. Soon he started getting calls from people outside the Las Vegas area who wanted him to ship his delicious bars. Since then he devoted his life to producing the best tasting, protein bars, cookies and brownies available. Chef Jay moved out of that 700 sq ft muffin shop into the dream kitchen and manufacturing plant he always wanted.
