A fat replace for many foods. All Natural. Replace up to 50% of fats and oils and lower calories intake by using Oatrim, Enjoy all baked goods with less (or no) fat. With the addition of Oatrim, sauce, gravies, salad dressings and fruit drinks can also achieve a satisfying body and mouthfeel. As a food additive, Oatrim is rich in beta glucan, the cholesterol-lowering ingredients in oat bran. Tasteless, odorless Oatrim gives reduced fat foods the texture and taste we enjoy from full fat foods. Best result are achieved by mixing in a blender, one part Oatrim with three parts liquid specified in your recipe. Use this mixture as a 1:1 substitute for fat or oil. Nine calories of fat or oil are replaced by one calorie per gram of Oatrim. For percentage (approximately 50%) of fat with Oatrim, Oatrim will work best with the liquid in your recipe. Add water to replace moisture lost from the oil.
