Often called the tomato catsup of the Orient, Hoisin Sauce is widely used as a table condiment (1 tsp. per person) along with mustard sauce for egg roll, steamed bread, ribs, and cold meats as well as a marinade and cooking sauce for stir fry and noodle dishes.
